Appointments

Your time is valuable and so is ours.  Please remember scheduled appointments are time reserved specifically for you with one of our providers.  We request 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your reservation. Your 48 hour notice allows us to offer your time to other patients awaiting dental treatment. If you arrive late to an appointment, we may not be able to treat you. Please keep your records up to date by by informing us of any changes to your personal information. This would include but not limited to: name, address, phone number, employer, insurance and all medical/health history.

Financial Options

We realize that every person’s financial situation is different. We offer the following payment options:
Cash, check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and AMEX
Flexible payment plans available through third party financing with CareCredit and Park Side Federal Credit Union. Approval must be received prior to scheduling your appointment.

Dental Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we will prepare and submit dental claims, and assist you in making collection from insurance companies. We can generally estimate your benefits with reasonable accuracy.  However, you will be held fully responsible for any amount not paid by insurance regardless of the reason they may refuse payment.  Our treatment suggestions are made based on your needs, not on what your insurance plan may or may not cover.  We are a non-restricted provider office also known as “out of network” with dental insurance companies. It is the patient’s responsibility to understand their insurance policy.

Children

Alpine Family Dental is a child-friendly practice; most of our team members are parents.  Children should initially be seen no later than their first birthday. The initial appointment is a “happy visit,” which familiarizes children with the dental office. Dr. Olson will perform an examination and provide education on age-appropriate homecare. We welcome children of all ages. However, some children are best cared for by a specialist. If we feel your child should be seen by a pediatric dentist, we will discuss this with you and assist in the process.
